Say what you will about Rick Ross, but over the past 2-3 years the guy has been one of the most consistent rappers out there. Trilla had jams, Deeper Than Rap was a step up, and Teflon Don essentially sealed the deal that the man is one of the hottest rappers in the game. Although his flow has undoubtedly improved, the one area where he consistently outshines the competition is beat-selection. With "Perfectionists," it's no different...
